The National Registry is BEST Robotics way to understand who is participating at Hubs nationwide. All parents and guardians are required to register any student they have participating in the program. This allows BEST Robotics to collect emergency contact information, confirm participant acknowledgements, and understand the demographics of everyone involved. This helps us to develop the programs BEST Robotics offers to better meet the needs of you! It also allows us to reach out to STEM related industries for financial and mentor support.
Teams are the foundation of BEST Robotics. A teacher at the school should begin by registering their team with a local hub. Once your team is approved you can manage your school's profile, team roster, drivers list and manage file uploads through the Registry. All aspects of the game season are right at your fingertips.
Each year teams are looking for Mentors from the industry to help them develop their student's ideas into a working robot. Mentors help guide work, teach safety, listen and share industry concept with Middle and High School students as they construct their teams's robot.
Hubs need your help to make each season the BEST it can be. Volunteers help at Kickoff, Practice Day, and Game Day in a variety of roles including setup, judging, refereeing, score keeping, etc. You do not need experience, just an interest to help Middle and High school student learn.
